- Registration fee is 2,000 yen. (Online participants are free of charge.)
Notice
Because of the COVID-19, we have decided to hold SI2022 with the following conditions.
- 1. A shorter schedule and no excursion.
- 2. In-person participants are basically from within Japan. (We welcome those staying in Japan for the scheduled duration.)
- 3. Online participants are free of charge.
- 4, We may have a Reception and a BBQ (Banquet) if the COVID-19 situation allows them. (We collect those fees on site.)
Accommodation and Meal
- You can order accommodation and meal via the registration page above.
- The hotel restaurant, where most participants dine together, has transparent partitions in the center of the tables and the distance between the seats.
- The cancellation fee will be charged two months in advance for accommodations. (See FUJI calm's "HP".)
- Notice that this time you cannot cancel the meals on-site!
  Please order the meals carefully.
Support
- Suport for local expenses is limited but possible.
Payment of the fees (registration, accommodation and meal)
- You are requested to transfer the notified amount of fees into the specified account of the bank. The details will be sent by email later.
- If you do not have a bank account in Japan, please contact us before registration.
